Lorick Design and Construction is a design and build firm. We specialize in residential remodeling and construction projects. Having both design and construction combined in one company means a more coordinated experience for you, the homeowner, and one that’s easier to manage. The Lorick Design process is done in three distinct stages: first, a feasibility study that presents what is possible, given the property and the budget; next, the design and construction plans, including necessary city permits and documents; and finally, the contract which clearly details the construction schedule in a way that is easy to understand. At every stage our goal is to help the homeowner make informed decisions.
